This Après Design session takes homeowners behind the tile to explore what truly makes a bathroom perform over time – especially in mountain homes, short-term rentals, and high-use environments.

Featuring a team of technical expert from Schluter Systems, we’ll unpack the critical role of integrated waterproofing, uncoupling, drainage, and vapor management systems – and how these decisions directly impact durability, maintenance, and long-term value.

The evening will also include solid surface and tile palette exploration for bathroom counters, walls and floors. You’ll have some fun playing with material selection, while we take into consideration scale, texture, and layouts that work in harmony together.  The goal is to create bathrooms that are not only beautiful but resilient and that increase your home value as well as your ROI if your property is rented seasonally.
