The main floor is an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen so no need to lug groceries up stairs. The ski room is directly beside the front door for your added convenience. The living room boasts a lovely wood burning fireplace and has a powder room on this floor. A new bedroom was just added. It’s a great room for grandparents that want to be on the main floor – no stairs!
The lower level features the three bedrooms, one master ensuite, another full washroom, and the laundry room.
The hot tub entrance is also on this floor through the master bedroom.
Bonus: The hot tub is open year-round at no additional charge.
Great desirable Knoll location accessed on the quiet Attridge Lane.
Parking: There are 3 outdoor parking spots available during your stay. Guests do have access to the single car garage for gear storage but no parking.
Ski Access: Quick access on the skiway to reach the chair lifts and an easy return home via the Silver Queen Chair.
Monashee Views is a full equipped house with its own laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost.
Please Note: This home has an occupied suite in the basement; however, as a renter, you have a very private and separate entrance/driveway and do not share any facilities within the property.
