This lovely 3-level townhome is the highest property on the Knoll. Freshwater Rose has lots of light from the extra windows, as it is an end unit. Amazing mountain views from the main floor.

The living room features a gas fireplace and large windows. There is a nook with a table to play cards or even board games with the family. There is a powder room on this level.

The outdoor deck has a hot tub and BBQ for your enjoyment.

The lower ground floor level features a family room with fireplace and TV, full bathroom with a shower and laundry room. The bunk room is also on this level – perfect for a small family. Off the family room is the large ski storage (and ski wax) room.

The hot tub is open during the winter and summer seasons but closed during shoulder seasons.

Parking: There is parking in the driveway for one vehicle (or two smaller vehicles). You can also use the garage for a smaller vehicle or even bike storage.

An ideal retreat for a family or two to three couples who desire a little luxury on their outdoor vacation. Private hot tub, heated garage, washer/dryer, three full bathrooms, and a very well equipped kitchen. What more could you want?

The back deck has a covered area for the private six-person hot tub and the BBQ. It also has an uncovered area used in the summer to enjoy the alpine garden, a great view of the Monashee Mountains, and the warmth of the afternoon sunshine. Walking distance away from the village center, but close enough to the action that you never need to get in your car. During the winter months you can take advantage of the free shuttle that runs continuously throughout the village. Quiet and convenient in the summer and winter.

Up one level from the entry (boots, skis, coats, etc.) is the second level with (high vaulted ceilings) in the living room, kitchen, and dining area (large table that seats 8). The kitchen island will seat four on stools. There is a patio table and chairs on deck in the summer.  Enjoy an assortment of board games, puzzles, and books. Iron and ironing board on premises.

Parking: There are two parking spots available. One in the garage and one in the driveway.

Ski Access: A quick walk gets you on to the skiway to the Comet Six Pack Express and easy access back home at the end of the day.

This is an ideal location for a two families or if you want a little extra space in a great location! Monashee Magic is a three bedroom plus private den, three bathroom townhouse with a large, heated garage, private hot tub and a very well equipped kitchen.
