A high-end sound system with CD, MP3, Bluemodern large  Tooth connection and speakers also compliments this living / dining environment.

The open concept, granite kitchen has heated slate floors, walk-in pantry, and high end stainless steel appliances. There is an island bench with a second prep sink and bar stool seating that allows more options for eating arrangements. The large, solid oak dining room table seats 12 comfortably. There is a brand new natural gas BBQ on the deck with beautiful mountain views.

It has a large laundry room with laundry sink, drying rack, and iron.

Need to wax your skis? There is a shared ski waxing bench just outside in the walkway behind the garage.

The heated ski locker and boot room off the foyer offers a custom log bench, hangers and shelving for ski clothes, helmets, skis/poles, boots and snowboards.

All of the floors boast under floor heating – including the ensuites.

The ski access from Snow Yeti is perfect. Simply access the ski way from the back yard, take a left and you are right at the Silver Woods Chair. You can also follow this ski way to the village to access the Gondola.

This premium location gives you the best of both worlds. Direct ski in/ski out access from the back door and only a 3 minutes walk along the trail to the village for ski lifts and bike trails. Sunset Peak is a newly renovated, standalone house with enough room for everyone!

Walk in the front door and head down a few steps to the main living area. This area boasts an open design with vaulted cedar ceilings and gas fireplace in the great room area, dining room with long dining table and newly renovated kitchen. Just off the kitchen you will find a powder room, laundry room and even a wine fridge!

From the front door, you can also head upstairs to the open loft with a pullout couch and three bedrooms. There are two master bedrooms; one with a king bed and ensuite and the other with a queen bed, ensuite and even a cozy sitting area with a TV. This space is perfect for anyone in your group that needs extra privacy. The third bedroom has two queen beds, one sits in an upper loft with a cool kids play area. This home has everything for every age in your group.

Head downstairs from here and you will find a den with a gas fireplace, cozy couches and even a foosball table. There is another bedroom and full bathroom too. You will also access your private hot tub off this lower level.

Queenski is the PERFECT location for your Silver Star Vacation. Ski-in and out right to the Silverwoods Chair or into the village – can’t get any better than that.

This newly updated, modern home has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a very private den with a double pull out couch and is a great space for a family or a few couples – sleeps 12.

Walk in the front door to a large entryway and stunning main floor. The large kitchen is every home cooks dream – built in fridge, large island where you can cook and socialize, and enough room for anyone to help with the meals. The dining room has great mountain views and the cozy living room has a beautiful double-sided fireplace that looks through to the dining and kitchen area. On this main level, you also have a den with a pullout couch. This den has beautiful double doors so is very private for any guests that would like to use it as a bedroom.

Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms, the laundry room, and your private hot tub. The Master Bedroom has a huge master ensuite with soaker tub and shower. There is also a beautiful sitting room off the master bedroom – wake up and have your coffee looking at the Monashee Mountains.

When you walk in the front door, you walk into the main living area where you will find the living room with a cozy gas fireplace, dining room, and kitchen. There is also one bedroom and the main floor powder room on this level.

From the main living area, head upstairs to the 3 bedrooms, TV room, and remaining bathrooms. The TV room is perfect spot for the kids to relax after a long day of skiing.
