Walk in the large front door to the entryway and ski room, this ski room has boot dryers and ski racks for everyone and a long bench to sit on to get ready for your day. From here, you have access to the double, heated garage too.

Just down the hall are two bunk rooms, both with TV’s and a full bathroom with heated floors – perfect for the kids!

Head upstairs to the grand living area with 18 foot ceilings, tall windows and those incredible views. The cozy living room features a gas fireplace and smart TV. The open concept dining room has a long table that seats 10 and there is even more seating at the large kitchen island. Do you have a food lover and chef in your group? The kitchen is where they will want to be. This kitchen features high-end appliances and everything you need to make dinner for everyone or just a few appetizers for entertaining. You don’t have to go too far for your wine either, there is a wine fridge built right into the island.

Need to do some work while you’re here. There is also a desk in the living room that you can use.

Just off the main living area is a bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom with standup shower with heated floors and the hot tub nestled in just off the back deck for ultimate privacy.

From this main living area, head upstairs to the two master bedrooms. The first master bedroom sits at the front of the house with a king bed, Frame TV, walk-through closet to a beautiful ensuite bathroom with heated floors. This master bedroom has a large window to watch the sunrise in the morning and take in the views. Brookside Haven is a brand new, beautiful and modern duplex set over three levels with sweeping views of the mountains and valley. This is the perfect spot for you, your friends and family to go on adventures and create memories together on Silver Star Mountain.

The modern, bright and open living area has peaked 14 foot ceilings, large windows and enough space for everyone to hang out together. The cozy living room has a double sided gas fireplace, mountain views and a cute little nook that is perfect for reading. The dining room has a large table and the upgraded, spacious and full gourmet kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal at the end of a fun day on the mountain. The oven has a built-in air fryer, Insta-pot, espresso machine and more! On this level, you’ll also find a powder room and an area to store all your jackets and gear.

The second floor, which is also the level where you will find all four bedrooms also has the laundry and alcove with TV and pullout couch – it’s the perfect hangout for the kids! The large master bedroom has large windows with a view, walk-through closet and a ensuite with a standup shower. The other three bedrooms share a full bathroom on this level. If you need to work while you’re on vacation or the kids need to get some school work done, the fourth bedroom doubles as an office with a desk and single day bed.

The large entry way on the first floor has more than enough room for extra gear and you also have direct access to the large (and long) garage. The garage easily fits two vehicles (even a truck!) and has more room for your bikes or ski gear.

Feel like soaking in the hot tub after a long day on the mountain? The semi-private hot tub with the other side of the duplex is right on the back deck off the main living area. Please note, the hot tub is only open for the winter season and summer season and is closed during the shoulder seasons.

Coming this winter, a brand new 6 person, electric heat Sauna will be installed on the back deck for your use – this is shared with the other half of the duplex.

Parking: You can park two vehicles in tandem in the garage and one outside in the driveway.

Ski Access:  Walk up to the skiway right behind the house to get to the village and lifts and direct access back home along the skiway.

You can’t get any better than this incredible ski in/out location with quick access to the village. Norse Haven Main is the perfect location for your Silver Star getaway.

Norse Haven Main is a 2-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom main level of the large house but you have more than enough space for your family, small group of friends or a couples mountain vacation.

Head into the property through the garage and on the entry level you will find one of the king master bedrooms with a TV and a large and bright ensuite which has a standup shower, soaker tub and double sinks. This bedroom also has a small coffee bar and bar fridge for you to use.

On the deck off this bedroom, you will also find your own private hot tub for everyone to use. The powder room and laundry facilities are also on the entry level floor. From here, head upstairs to the incredible 2nd floor which we call the penthouse.

The main living area is the penthouse of the property. The modern and upgraded kitchen is the perfect spot to cook and visit at the end of the day. The open living space has large windows looking out to the skiway and trees.  Enjoy the cozy living room with a gas fireplace, smart TV and a large dining room table for eating together or playing games at the end of the day. Also, on this penthouse level, you will find the other large master bedroom just off the kitchen featuring a king size bed, TV and a huge ensuite that has a standup shower, large soaker tub and double sinks.

Norse Haven Main has two master bedrooms with king beds and luxurious ensuites which makes it the perfect property for two couples. But, if you have friends or kids joining you, there are two full size cots that can be used in any room and the pullout couch in the living room. Bring the entire family!

One of the best ski in/out chalets on the mountain. 10/10 location with just a three minute stroll or ski along the multi-purpose trail off the backyard to the village. Ski in/ski out either via the village or the Silver Woods chair. One of the snowshoes trails is also directly behind Norse Haven Main. The village Nordic trailhead is just three minutes away as well. Large backyard for kids to build snowmen and tunnels in the winter or to enjoy the mountain air and extended daylight in the summertime. Fantastic spot for everyone.

Hot Tamale is a brand new, luxurious duplex located on The Ridge with incredible views of Okanagan Lake and the Monashee mountains. Hot Tamale is located just steps from the skiway – head out right from your front door and start your day!

This duplex is spread over four levels but has an elevator for easy access to the main and top floors.

Walk in the front door to the ground level, this is where you will find the family room/bedroom with a large Smart TV (perfect for kids!) and one of the bedrooms with a king bed. You’ll also find a large ski room – easy to head right out the door for first tracks.

Head up to the second floor, this is where you will find the master bedroom, bunk room, and other king bedroom. This is also where you will find the private hot tub with mountain views.

You can also head down to the basement where you will find a large bedroom with ensuite – perfect for a family or someone who wants a little more space, peace and quiet. This bedroom is currently being renovated – photos to come!

The main living area is on the top floor which is easily accessed by stairs or the elevator. With panoramic views, you can enjoy the open concept, large living room that has a beautiful gas fireplace and cozy couches. Enjoy a quiet morning with your cup of coffee or in the evening with a glass of wine. This living room also has a large, Smart TV.

The large dining area is right between the living room and kitchen and makes it perfect for a large group to gather after taking in all the adventures. Just off the dining room, you’ll also find a deck with a BBQ for you to use.
