COVID-19 Policy – Summer 2021 and Winter 2021/2022 Bookings
If you cannot travel to Silver Star Mountain for your booking dates due to the mountain closing or due to a COVID-19 related reason, (which would include issues such as closed borders, a public health restriction to travel, verifiable proof of contacting COVID-19, or being forced to self-isolate due to contact), we will refund the non-refundable deposit and balance payment up to 14 days prior to your arrival date. Any cancellations within the 14 days, will be considered on a case by case basis and an administration fee will apply.
Please Note: This policy may change during the summer or winter seasons as borders reopen, vaccinations are completed etc. We will send an email with an updated policy as the situation begins to change.
We still strongly recommend trip cancellation for any non-related COVID-19 cancellation.
We have also enhanced all our cleaning and sanitizing protocols. We will continue with our self-check in process to eliminate and any unnecessary contact however, a mountain host is always available if needed. All our properties have individual external entrances for safe social distancing.
