Brand New, Modern Duplex on The Ridge – over 2,000 square feet and amazing views of the Monashee Mountains and both Kalamalka and Okanagan Lake. Solitude Summit is the perfect spot for your family or a group of friends – sleeps 11.
Walk through the custom front door into a large entry way on the main floor with incredible views. Here you will find an open living area with large kitchen, dining room with long dining room table and beautiful living room with a gas fireplace. The floor to ceiling windows allow you to enjoy the views while visiting with family and friends.
Walk down a set of stairs, and this is where you will find the three bedrooms and the hot tub.

Bedroom 1: Queen Bed, ensuite with shower (no bath) (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3: Double/Single Bunk Bed (sleeps 3) and Single/Single Bunk Bed (sleeps 2)
Den (Lower Floor): Queen Pullout Couch

On the lower level, there is a den with a pullout couch and TV with video gaming console with 30 video games. There is also a large ski room with enough room for everyone’s gear. This is also where you access the ski way – ski right from your back door!
This deluxe home features a single garage, with room for an additional 2 cars in front.
Solitude Summit is not pet friendly – please leave your furry friends at home.
There is 3 night minimum stay year-round.
Important: The hot tub will NOT be open for the summer season but will reopen for Winter 2022/2023
Solitude Summit is a fully equipped duplex with its own laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost.
