The main deck off the living room provides a view of the trees. Another covered deck with the hot tub is right outside of the kitchen and a BBQ.

You can comfortably sleep 14 people with five bedrooms and three baths (and five T.V.’s). The vaulted ceilings and tall windows frame the dramatic views of Okanagan Lake and the city of Vernon. Fabulous sunsets.
The bright and airy main living area has a 2-way gas fireplace for a warm and comfortable ambiance. There is a T,V, in the living room. The dining room is an open concept with the living room with lots of windows and light. The large eat-in kitchen has four newer stainless appliances and a breakfast bar, along with a T.V. A full bathroom with bathtub is adjacent to the main level bedroom.
Private upper level master bedroom with vaulted ceilings and ensuite with a soaker tub and separate shower and another T.V.
The lower level offers loads of room to entertain with a kitchenette (sink, counter for preparation, additional overhead cabinets and a fridge) and a separate entrance. The family room has an electric fireplace and T.V. Separate games room with a foosball table, air hockey table, some tables/chairs and a dart board.
The bonus room is a media room with two tier seating for screen viewing of the 60″ T.V. Perfect for popcorn and movie nights. Washer/dryer is also included. Top all this off with a third full bathroom with a shower.
There is lots of storage areas and room for your gear. Please note the garage is not part of the rental.
There are three outdoor parking spots available during your stay.
Sunset Vista is a fully equipped house with its own laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost.
Bonus: The hot tub is open during the winter and summer seasons at no extra charge.
This house does have a year-round occupied suite with separate entrance.
