Kookwesawa is a cozy, standalone mountain home perched at the top of the Knoll, just steps from the skiway. Perfect for families or small groups of friends, this inviting retreat offers the ideal home base for enjoying everything the mountain has to offer.

Step through the front door and into the heated boot room, the perfect place to store all your ski gear and outdoor equipment. From there, continue into Kookwesawa’s lower level, where you’ll find three of the home’s bedrooms. The bright and inviting primary bedroom features a king bed, a private ensuite with a stand-up shower, and direct access to the hot tub deck. Just down the hall are the second king bedroom and a third bedroom with two twin beds.

A full bathroom serves these bedrooms, and an additional sink located just outside the bathroom makes mornings and bedtime routines more convenient for larger groups.

Step upstairs to the main living area, where an open-concept design creates the perfect gathering space for family and friends. Relax in the cozy living room, complete with a gas fireplace and TV, enjoy meals together around the large dining table, or prepare your favorite dishes in the fully equipped kitchen.

Just off the dining area, you’ll find a spacious deck featuring a brand-new BBQ, making outdoor dining easy year-round.

Also located on this level is a comfortable bedroom with a queen bed, along with a full bathroom, offering added convenience and privacy for guests who prefer to stay on the main floor.

Hot Tub: The private hot tub is just off the master ensuite and is only open for the winter season and closed for both summer and shoulder seasons.

Parking: There is parking available for three vehicles outside on the driveway.

Ski Access: Just steps from the public skiway, just walk out your front door and down the road to access the trails.
