Walk in the front door and this is where you will find the main living area with incredible views of the Monashee Mountains, Silver Queen Chair and the Knoll. The bright and open living area has a full equipped kitchen with a large, walk in pantry and island with bar stools. The living room has a gas fireplace, cozy couches and TV to relax in at the end of a busy day. You can also relax in your private hot tub on the deck just off the dining room. This is also where you will find the electric BBQ. From this main floor, there is also access to the single car garage and there is a large boot room for all your gear.
Head upstairs to the main bedroom level where you will find two bedrooms and a nook with a pullout couch if you need an extra bed. The master bedroom has a king bed, mountain views and large ensuite with standup shower. The second bedroom has two double beds and a queen bed – perfect for the kids or a small family. You will also find a full bathroom with a shower and tub on this floor.
From the main floor, head downstairs via an internal door to the suite. Feel free to shut this door for added privacy or keep it open so you can move about with ease. The two bedroom, 1 bathroom doesn’t even feel like a suite with it’s high ceilings. The suite has a large an open living area with large kitchen, dining area and living room with a pullout couch and an electric fireplace. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the suite for extra privacy if needed. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a double and single bed. There is also a full bathroom with stand up shower as well as a washer and dryer.

Knight Star Lodge Main House is the perfect spot for your family and friends to enjoy Silver Star Mountain. This property has three levels with amazing mountain views and enough space for everyone.
Walk in the front door and take in the classic Victorian style and open floor plan. The living room boasts high ceilings, stained glass and a unique circular floor to ceiling wood fireplace right in the middle of the living space. On one side of the fireplace, you have your traditional living room and on the other side there is a TV den, snug area and a dining room. The kitchen is fully stocked for that chef in your group and there is a BBQ on the deck just off the kitchen.
On this floor, you’ll also find the laundry room and a powder room.

Bedroom One: King (sleeps 2), with amazing ensuite, fireplace, private covered deck
Bedroom Two: Queen Bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom Three: Double/Single Bunk (sleeps 3) and Single/Single Bunk (sleeps 2) with Jack and Jill ensuite
Bedroom Four (on entry level): King Bed (sleeps 2) with ensuite
Entry Level Family Room: Queen pullout (sleeps 2)
Main Level Sitting Area: Double Pullout (sleeps 2)
Although The Bears Den can sleep more guests, occupancy is still strictly 11.
Please note: The top bunks are for kids age 6 and over. Please no roughhousing.

Bathroom One: Full ensuite with large double shower, soaker tub and two sinks in master bedroom.
Bathroom Two: Full Jack and Jill Washroom with large shower on bedroom floor
Bathroom Three: Full Bathroom with large shower on the entry level
Bathroom Four: Half Bathroom on bedroom floor
Bathroom Five: Half bathroom on top living/kitchen level
Amenities include single car garage, ample outdoor parking, private hot tub, natural gas BBQ, in-house laundry, in-floor heating, 2 stone gas fireplaces, large closets and storage areas. The kitchen/living room/dining room is open concept with lots of space to spread out, a dining room table that seats 8, with room for 5 at the kitchen island/breakfast bar. Appliances and furnishings are of the highest quality.
Kids are welcome, there is a pack n’play, highchair and kids’ plates/cutlery available for your use.
Parking: There is parking for 5 vehicles during your stay. You also have access to the garage for one vehicle or storage.
Ski Access: Ski right out of your backyard to the village and lifts and direct access back home along the skiway.
The Bears Den is a fully equipped house with its own laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost.
Please Note: The hot tub is only open during the winter and closed during the summer and shoulder seasons.
There is a strict no pets and no smoking policy at The Bears Den.
