This is a perfect area for everyone to gather after an incredible day on the mountain. This floor has a full kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, dining area, a washroom with a shower, and your private, outdoor hot tub. There is also a BBQ on the deck for you to use.

The private den is on the main floor and has a brand new pullout couch and a TV.

From the main living area, head upstairs to all the bedrooms with another full bathroom, plus an ensuite bathroom that is one of the highlights of this home.

This 3,000 square foot home boasts 14 foot vaulted ceilings in entry way. Featuring 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with a modern kitchen, large living room, and even a games room with a 3/4 size snooker table.

Once you arrive, store your gear in the heated ski locker and boot room off the foyer. Ski directly to your door from the top of Silver Woods chair

The main living area with its lofty ceiling hosts a magnificent 14 foot natural river rock, gas start wood burning fireplace and lounges overlooking the deck. Sit and relax in the warmth and comfort taking in the spectacular views of the Monashee Mountains. A high-end sound system with CD, MP3, Bluemodern large  Tooth connection and speakers also compliments this living / dining environment.

The open concept, granite kitchen has heated slate floors, walk-in pantry, and high end stainless steel appliances. There is an island bench with a second prep sink and bar stool seating that allows more options for eating arrangements. The large, solid oak dining room table seats 12 comfortably. There is a brand new natural gas BBQ on the deck with beautiful mountain views.

It has a large laundry room with laundry sink, drying rack, and iron.

Need to wax your skis? There is a shared ski waxing bench just outside in the walkway behind the garage.

The heated ski locker and boot room off the foyer offers a custom log bench, hangers and shelving for ski clothes, helmets, skis/poles, boots and snowboards.

All of the floors boast under floor heating – including the ensuites.

The ski access from Snow Yeti is perfect. Simply access the ski way from the back yard, take a left and you are right at the Silver Woods Chair. You can also follow this ski way to the village to access the Gondola.

Walk through the custom front door into a large entry way on the main floor with incredible views. Here you will find an open living area with large kitchen, dining room with long dining room table, and beautiful living room with a gas fireplace. The floor to ceiling windows allow you to enjoy the views while visiting with family and friends.

Walk down a set of stairs, and this is where you will find the three bedrooms and the hot tub.

Sophie’s Run is a beautiful house, nestled in the trees right on the skiway. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house is perfect for your family vacation. Sophie’s Run sleeps 8 and has enough space for everyone!

Walk in the front door to the main living area with large eat-in kitchen, dining room, cozy living room with gas fireplace and full bathroom. The dining room has a large table to comfortably seat 8.

Off the kitchen is a nice den with another gas fireplace to play games, get ready for skiing, or just hang out and visit after a great day on the mountain.

From here, head upstairs to the 3 bedrooms and 2 additional bathrooms. The large master bedroom has a king bed, tons of closet space, and large ensuite with a soaker tub and double shower.

The two other bedrooms share another full bathroom.

All bathrooms have a bit of luxury with heated floors and heated towel racks.

This beautiful right hand side duplex is ideal for a couple of families or a mature group of friends.

Located on a private laneway near the entrance to The Ridge with amazing ski in/ski out right from the back door. Just click off your skis or board and slip in to your private hot tub.

To access the home from the garage there are 29 steps, so if mobility is an issue, this home would not be recommended. The walk up the stairs is worth it though to access this three level home.

The upper floor is bright with lots of windows. The patio faces the mountains where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets each evening.

Walk through the custom built front door to a large entryway and the main living space. The cozy living room has a gas fireplace and comfy couches to take in the views of the mountain. The custom built kitchen has a gas range, wall ovens, large pantry, and everything you would ever need!

On this level, you will also find a powder room and a large ski room for all your gear.

Head upstairs to the spacious master bedroom that has an incredible ensuite with large soaker tub and standup shower with double shower heads. This floor also has a bunk room and two other queen bedrooms, all with their own ensuites. There is also a large built in bookshelf with a nice library for you to enjoy during your stay.

From the main level, head downstairs to the large den/games room. This room has a media nook with a large sectional and TV – perfect for those post mountain activities. You can also find a wet bar with bar fridge and even a ping pong table!
