The house was constructed in 2012 and can best be described as a contemporary home, rather than a traditional mountain chalet. It has underfloor heating throughout, central sound via built-in Sonos music system in the main living area, and Miele kitchen and laundry appliances throughout. Hudson’s Rest has consistently received 5* reviews from everyone who has stayed here over the years.
The large and spacious ground floor living area has a modern and deluxe kitchen with high-end appliances for the amateur chef in your family, along with a large pantry for storage. The host provides a well-stocked kitchen with all the condiments, herbs and spices you could possibly need.
The living/dining room has large windows and opens on to a deck with 7-person hot tub with a view. The westerly facing outlook has some of the best sunset views on the mountain. The open plan living room has a contemporary feel with sofas and armchairs to collapse into, and a large gas fireplace with which to toast yourselves.
On this level, there is also a powder room, and full laundry facilities with Miele laundry appliances. The large deck also is equipped with a BBQ for those brave enough to grill in the snow.

In the suite, you’ll find a large living area with floor to ceiling windows and mountain views. There are also two bedrooms, one full bathroom and separate laundry facilities.

The ski entrance includes plenty of space for you to store skis, wet clothing and all your other gear. On this level you will also find a custom-built sauna that can comfortably accommodate 6-7 people.
Parking: There is parking for 4 cars at Hudson’s Rest in the driveway. The garage cannot be used for parking currently.
Ski Access: Ski down the skiway to reach the village and trails and an easy return home by ski or the free shuttle.
The private hot tub at Hudson’s Rest is open for the winter season only. It’s closed during the summer and shoulder seasons.
Hudson’s Rest is a fully equipped house with its own laundry facilities and extensive cleaning supplies available. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay, it can be arranged at an additional cost.

4Kings Main Lodge is a 5 bedroom/5 bathroom main house with an open and airy living room, a den that is perfect for the kids, high end kitchen, hot tub with a view, laundry room and tons of parking.
Once you arrive, head through the grand front door to an open concept living area with large windows, 12-foot ceilings and views of Silver Star Mountain, The Village and the Monashee Mountain Range. The main living area has a large chef’s kitchen with top-of-the-line KitchenAid appliances including a 48” range and double oven, a massive island to prep your meals and socialize at and it is stocked with everything you would need to cook a large meal for your group. The dining area comes with a custom dining table that comfortably sits 12 friends. The living room has a beautiful gas fireplace, a 65” Smart TV, and tons of comfy seating. This area is perfect for everyone getting together after a long day of skiing or biking. The main floor has an 800 sq. foot deck – with comfy Adirondack chairs, a Weber BBQ, and a full-size hot tub for you to enjoy!
Head upstairs to four more spacious bedrooms, three more full bathrooms and a den for the kids equipped with a 65” Smart TV and Foosball table.

Parking: There is a double garage for your use when renting 4Kings Lodge. In total, there are 8 parking spots available during your stay (2 in the garage and 6 outside in the driveway).
