Norse Haven is a 5 bedroom/5 bathroom house with three living rooms, two kitchens, two hots tubs, and two laundry rooms.

One of the best ski in/out chalets on the mountain. 10/10 location with just a three minute stroll or ski along the multi-purpose trail off the backyard to the village. Ski in/ski out either via the village or the Silver Woods chair. One of the snowshoes trails is also directly behind Alpenglow. The village Nordic trailhead is just three minutes away as well. Large backyard for kids to build snowmen and tunnels in the winter or to enjoy the mountain air and extended daylight in the summertime. Fantastic spot for everyone.

Once you arrive, walk through the grand front door into a large entryway, enough room for everyone and their belongings. On this level, you will find a large bedroom with a beautiful ensuite with large soaker tub and sitting area overlooking the mountains. With sliding glass windows and a balcony beside the bed you can watch the magnificent sunrise right from your king-size bed. In this bedroom, there is also a small kitchenette with a coffee pot, small fridge, toaster and more. There is also a laundry room; perfect for when you walk in the door from a long day of skiing, biking, or hiking.

Head up one level to the best spot in the house – the penthouse. This penthouse has a large, modern kitchen, dining room and living room with spectacular mountain views. The large master bedroom is also on this floor with a king sized bed, sitting area, and huge ensuite with stand-up shower, double sinks, and soaker tub.

From the entry level, walk down to the ground floor level where you will find a cozy second living room with three full couches, a gas fireplace, a dining room, and a second half kitchen. The kitchen has everything but a stove/oven, plus extra cupboards to store extra food, make small snacks, coffee in the morning, or whatever you feel like.

On this ground floor level, you will find two bunk rooms with full ensuites. There is also an entryway that will take you to the skiway – just grab your skis and go.

There is also a double garage available and it even has a great ski waxing bench for you to use.

Parking: There are two parking spots available in the garage, and an additional two spots outside on the driveway for a total of 4 parking spots during your stay.

Ski Access: Ski directly out of your backyard to access the village and chairlifts and an easy ski back to end your day.

1 – 230 Odin Road

This 1,850 square foot modern and updated suite boasts large windows as well as brand new furniture and mattresses throughout. Odin’s Powder Den has an open concept and is ideal for 2 families or a group of friends. Backing right onto the ski way, you can easily access the top of the Silver Woods chair. This is a unique property as it has a level back yard and small deck with gas BBQ just beside the hot tub.

As you enter Odin’s Powder Den, there is a large entry way that opens up to an open dining room, kitchen, and living room – this is a great place to relax with friends.

The dining room has a large table with chairs and a bench, enough for everyone to sit for meals. The large, upgraded kitchen has modern appliances and space for cooking all your meals. There is an island with three bar stools. Sit back and relax in the cozy living room after a long day of skiing in front of the gas fireplace.

Powder Room

The master bedroom is beautifully decorated and has an ensuite with a shower. The second bedroom and bunk room are connected by a jack and jill bathroom.

There is a small den that has a door and can essentially be used as a 4th bedroom. The den has a queen pull out couch, TV, and Nintendo Wii – perfect for kids wanting to watch a movie or play a video game after a long day of skiing.

This suite has a large laundry room with drying rack. The ski storage is just by the front door as you walk down the stairs. On your way to the hot tub, there is a small room with a shower (to rinse off after a soak).

Need to wax your skis? There is a shared ski waxing bench just outside in the walkway behind the garage.

Bonus: The hot tub is open for the summer and winter seasons at no additional cost.

Please Note: This large suite is located on the ground level of the ski chalet. You do have to go down stairs to access the property but once you are all checked in, you can ski right from the door! The upper home is also rented out, however, as a renter, you have a separate entrance and do not share any facilities with the property.

Want to feel like you’re vacationing right in the mountain? Okanagan Mountain Retreat is the house for you. This incredible, 3 bedroom/2-bathroom log house sleeps 6 and sits on 5 wooded acres. Just 15 minutes from Silver Star Mountain in one direction and 5 minutes to Vernon in the other. It’s that extra bit of space that you may be craving for your Okanagan and Silver Star vacation.

From here, you can head upstairs to the spacious master bedroom with an ensuite and standup shower.

Don’t feel like leaving the property? Explore the 5 acres on the already created trail system. The perfect way to start your day! Your dog will love this house too. Not only will your dog be able to enjoy the trails and trees with you but there is a locked dog area where you can leave him or her for the day while you’re up skiing!

Outside Fire Pit:  There is currently a fire ban in our region and this is no longer available this summer. Feel free to use the outdoor firepit for an evening of family fun for the winter season only.

Okanagan Mountain Retreat has central air conditioning for cooling off on those warmer summer days.

Paradise Corner is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom corner condo with a BBQ is located in the desirable Foxglove building in the Creekside complex which is right at the base of the Silver Queen run and Tube Town.

Located on the top (third) floor so very quiet. This condo is ideally situated at the base of the Silver Queen Run and the trail head for endless kilometers of cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Paradise Corner has extra windows and can accommodate up to 7 guests.

This ideal location is just a three minute walk to Adventure Park, the outdoor ice skating pond and tube town. Only a seven minute walk to the village – close enough to enjoy all the activities, but tucked away for peace and quiet. The summer season boasts hiking trails and mountain biking plus 35 kilometers of cross country bike trails.

The shared outdoor hot tub in the Foxglove building in Creekside is open during the ski season only. For the summer and bike season, there is one hot tub open in the Creekside complex for all guests to use.

BONUS to our guests staying at this condo: Enjoy the extra-large common room in the building next door, Snowbrush. It features two sitting areas, a bookshelf full of books, a full kitchen, and a cozy gas fireplace. You can spread out and have a get together if you are traveling with other people, or with new friends you may make on your holiday. There is also a waxing room for anyone staying at Creekside to use.

The bedroom has a queen bed and single/single bunk beds – perfect for the kids. Need more space? There is a pullout couch in the living room for an extra family member or friend. The modern kitchen is big enough to cook those family meals and the open dining and living room allows for everyone to spread out. Cozy up in the comfortable living room at the end of the day with a book or watch some movies on the TV with everyone.
