Cozy up on the couches and watch your morning sunrise with a warm cup of coffee. The large kitchen has anything you may need to cook those large meals at the end of the day. The large walk-in pantry has more than enough space for your food and supplies. Just off the kitchen is the dining room that leads to the expansive deck with a brand new, natural gas BBQ. On the main floor, you’ll also find a private office/den with desk, network connectivity and a pullout couch.

Walk in the front door to a large entryway with heated floors throughout the lower level. From here have direct access to the heated single-car garage, which features a ski waxing station. On this level, enjoy the large media room which is perfect for the kids or teens in your group. You can watch Netflix, Prime, SportsNet etc. while relaxing on the large sectional at the end of the day or play numerous puzzles and board games. There is also a powder room just off the media room.
Head on upstairs to the main living area. This warm and inviting space has a large dining room table that seats 10, a modern and well-stocked kitchen and a cozy living room. You’ll also find your private 6 person hot tub on the front deck, just off the living room.
Ski out across the street and ski in right to the back door to the large ski room – with lots of hooks, cubbies, ski and snowboard racks, plus a boot dryer for the end of the day.
Upstairs, on the third floor, you’ll find all three bedrooms. And you’re in luck, there are two spacious master bedrooms with king beds. The first master bedroom has an ensuite with a standup shower. The second master bedroom is larger with mountain views. It also has a quiet desk nook for remote work or creative thinking, along with upgraded WiFi. There is a door to a covered deck with a premium Weber natural gas grill so you’ll never run out of fuel.

You’re also steps to Tube Town and the Skating Rink. Short walk to the village down Monashee Rd or along the skiway. Also easy access to Nordic and snowshoe trails. Great for a single family or multiple couple/family occupancy as there’s an ensuite in every bedroom and a fourth bathroom with shower on the main floor.
