First Tracks is a brand new, modern and cozy duplex with incredible views of the mountains as well as both Okanagan and Kalamalka Lake

First Tracks is a four level duplex with more than enough room for everyone to spread out. If you need easy access to each floor, First Tracks has an elevator for you to use.

Walk in the front door to the ground level, this is where you will find a large entryway with lots of shelves and hooks for all your ski gear. You’ll also find a powder room on this level. Step outside the door, grab your skis from the ski locker and head right to the skiway to start your day!

From the ground-level entryway, head downstairs where you will find two queen bedrooms and full bathroom – this the perfect area if you would like a little more privacy from your group.

One floor up from the entryway is where you will find both master bedrooms and the bunk room, all with their own ensuites. There is also a deck with your private hot tub that has mountain and lake views.

The main living area is on the top floor which is easily accessed by stairs or the elevator. On this floor, you get sweeping views of the mountain ranges and both lakes. Enjoy some family time or a movie at the end of an adventurous day in the large living room with cozy couches, gas fireplace and TV. This open concept living area also has a large dining room with a bench-style dining room table that everyone can sit around and large, fully stocked kitchen for the chef in your group. This is the perfect area to unwind after a adventure filled day on the mountain.

Bedroom Three: Two Single/Single Bunk Beds (sleeps 4) with ensuite

Bathroom Two: Master Bedroom #2 – Ensuite with Standup Shower
Bathroom Three: Full Ensuite attached to Bedroom Three
Bathroom Four: Full Bathroom on Lower Bedroom Level
Bathroom Five: Powder Room on Entry Level
Bathroom Six: Powder Room on 3rd Floor/Living Area

Parking: There are four parking spots outside on the flat driveway. There is no access to the garage. 

Ski Access: Your house sits right next to the skiway, walk out your front door and up the path and start your day!

First Tracks is a fully equipped house with its own laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost.

Please Note: First Tracks Upper has an year-round occupied suite.

Bonus: The hot tub is open during the winter and summer season. (not during the shoulder seasons)
