Hot Tamale (formally known as Winterfjord Lodge) is a brand new, luxurious duplex located on The Ridge with incredible views of Okanagan Lake and the Monashee mountains. Hot Tamale is perfect for a couple families or small group of friends. Just steps from the skiway – it’s your home away from home on Silver Star Mountain.

This duplex is spread over three levels but has an elevator for easy access to the main and top floors.

Walk in the front door to the ground level, this is where you can unload all your gear and leave it for your stay. Just down the hall, you’ll also find a powder room.

Head up to the second floor, this is where you will find the master bedroom, bunk room, and other king bedroom. This is also where you will find the private hot tub with incredible mountain views.

The main living area is on the top floor which is easily accessed by stairs or the elevator. With panoramic views, you can enjoy the open concept, large living room that has a beautiful gas fireplace and cozy couches. Enjoy a quiet morning with your cup of coffee or in the evening with a glass of wine. This living room also has a large, Smart TV.

The large dining area is right between the living room and kitchen and makes it perfect for your group to gather after taking in all the adventures. Just off the dining room, you’ll also find a deck with a BBQ for you to use.

The incredible chef-grade kitchen has top of the line appliances and is the perfect spot for gathering with friends and family after a fun day on the mountain. It has everything you need for cooking those large, post-mountain dinners or hire a private chef to prepare a gourmet meal for you.

Bedroom One: King Bed (sleeps 2) with ensuite
Bedroom Two: King Bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom Three: Queen/Double Bunk (sleeps 3) & Single/Single Bunk Bed (sleeps 2)

Although Hot Tamale Main can sleep 9, occupancy is set at 8 guests

Bathroom Two: Full Bathroom
Bathroom Three: Powder Room on Ground Level
Bathroom Four: Powder Room on 3rd Floor/Living Area

Parking: There is a single-car garage for you to use plus three extra spots outside on the flat driveway. The garage also has a 50 amp exterior EV charger.

Ski Access: Your house sits right next to the skiway, walk out your ski room door and start your day!

Hot Tamale is a fully equipped house with its own laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost.

Bonus: The private hot tub is open year-round for your use.
