This modern 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located in a fabulous spot. It backs on to the outdoor ice pond which is connected to the adventure park which includes the pond, tube town and the cafe too. You have quick access to the Silver Queen chair and a five minute walk to the village.
Head in the front door to the large mudroom – perfect for all your gear. Once you’re in the suite, everything is on the same level too. There is a large living and dining room with windows overlooking the pond and a beautiful gas fireplace. The incredibly well-stocked kitchen opens up to a small deck too.
Down the hall, you will find both bedrooms, full bathroom and the master bedroom has an ensuite with a standup shower.

This condo is on the ground level of a home, accessed by two sets of stairs on the desirable Kassa Lane. There is a BBQ that can be used in the summer only, it’s not available for winter guests.
The shared hot tub is brand new and is nestled under a gazebo just behind the suite – this is shared with the upper unit but you will love it.
On Brewer’s Pond is pet friendly but only one dog is allowed during your stay.
Bonus: The shared hot tub is open during the winter and summer seasons but not during the shoulder seasons.
On Brewer’s Pond has an attached garage for use to secure bikes and ski gear securely only. This garage cannot be used for cars.
Parking: There are two outdoor parking spots for your stay.
Ski Access: Head right out your door, through the backyard to the multi-use skiway at the pond and start your day here!
On Brewer’s Pond is a fully equipped suite with its own laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost.
