Walk in the front door to the large, open concept living area where everyone can be together. Enjoy the views from the cozy couch, in front of the gas fireplace. Play a few games or visit with friends and family at the dining room table or cook a large post-adventure meal in the modern kitchen.

With every room on the main level, this makes it easier for anyone in the family – no stairs!

The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, walk-through closet, ensuite and mountain views. You also have access to the main deck and hot tub from this bedroom.
On the other side of the main living area, you will find the bunk room and other bedroom with a queen bed.

Need to work while you’re here? The one bedroom doubles as an office with a queen murphy bed that converts into a desk.

Need to store your gear? There is a boot room just off the garage as you head into the house and skis or bikes can be stored in the garage. The boot room also has the washer and dryer.

Parking: You can park 2 vehicles in the double garage with additional driveway parking for 4 vehicles during your stay.

Ski Access: Ski right out of your backyard to the Silver Queen Chair to start your day and direct access back home along the skiway.

Snowy Spruce Lodge is a fully equipped duplex with its own laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay, it can be arranged at an additional cost.

Please Note: This home has an occupied suite in the basement; however, as a renter, you have a separate entrance and do not share any facilities within the property.
