an onomatopoeic term that describes hitting a turn in such a way as to tear up the ground. Speed and aggression are key here, denoting skill and confidence in your cornering ability.
Come lay it over, and it’s all about that satisfying roost sound. (Pressure Police will be on site… no cheating!)
WHEN: 12:00pm – 1:00pm, Sunday September 13
SCHEDULE:
12:00pm – 12:45pm: Schralp session
12:45pm – 1:00pm: Final Schralps
1:00pm: Awards at the bottom of The Vault
WHERE: berms at the bottom of The Vault
JUDGING:
- Schralp session will be used for judges to determine overall impression of schralps and determine top three riders to move on to finals. During finals riders will get two final attempts at the corners.
- Winner will be awarded on best schralp from the finals.
- Judging will be based on overall style, sounds, and execution.
