Sunnyridge Retreat is a new, modern duplex on The Ridge. This house has everything for your friends or family including an open concept living area and amazing views of the Monashee Mountains and Vernon.
Enter through the custom made front door to a large entry way. The main floor has an open living room, large dining room with a fantastic dining room table, and large, upgraded kitchen. It’s the perfect spot for your friends and family. This main floor also has a powder room.
Walk down a set of stairs, and this is where you will find the three bedrooms and the hot tub.

Bedroom 1: Queen Bed, ensuite with shower (no bath) (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3: Double/Single Bunk Bed (sleeps 3) and Single/Single Bunk Bed (sleeps 2)

On the lower level, there is a den with a couch and TV – perfect spot for the kids! You will also find a large ski room with enough room for everyone’s gear – ski in and out right from the ski room door!
Parking: This deluxe homes features a single garage, with room for an additional 2 cars in front.
Ski Access: Ski right out of your backyard to the village and lifts and direct access back home along the skiway.
Bonus: The hot tub is open in the winter and summer season, and closed for the shoulder seasons.
Sunnyridge Retreat is a fully equipped duplex with its own laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost.
